From Coldstream, by the Police Station, take the A6112 road to Duns. Pass through Lennel Village, then up and down 2 small hills & around a very sharp right hand ‘S’ bend. Directly after the ‘S’ bend you will see on the right hand side a road marked Lennelhill. Turn right up the hill. ‘Babingtons’ is a long white house is the 2nd entrance on the right by a blue gate. On turning right ‘Babingtons’ is on your left hand side.
